Medline’s Type II Surgical Facemask provides the highest standard of reliable barrier protection by way of a bacterial filtration efficiency of 98 per cent. This is also due to the materials used, as these facemasks are made with layers as follows: spunbond polypropylene then melt-blown then spunbond polypropylene.
For a guaranteed proper fit during extended procedures, each mask is designed with a full-width nosepiece and ties for closing.
Our Type II Surgical Facemask is available in a standard blue colour, but also comes with a ‘Buddy the Brave’ pattern, designed especially for healthcare professionals working in paediatric departments.
Additionally, to make the process of selecting our breathable facemasks more intuitive, our innovative packaging features colour-coding, helpful icons, explanatory photography, perforations and a convenient thumb notch.
