This Obstetrical Manikin is a lifelike birth simulator including an anatomically correct pelvic model with newborn and placenta allowing your trainees to practice normal vaginal birth as well as procedures for emergency childbirth.

The simulator contains two interchangeable abdominal covers - one is a modular pregnant belly overlay with permanently installed fetus for training practice of Leopold’s manoeuvre to determine the fetus’ lie by palpating its skull and kneecaps, and the other is a clear abdominal overlay to see position during labour.
The pelvic cavity has pronounced pelvic landmarks, located spinal column, angled birth canal, ilium, ischium, sacrum, sacro spinous ligaments, and greater sciatic notch. The fetus provided is of a realistic new-born size with fontanels and cranial sutures.
