These badges are digitally printed onto a coated polyester substrate and laminated with a protective film. They have excellent resistance to industrial laundering with accreditation to ISO 11611 and have flame retardant properties.
Regarding the characters of names and roles on the hats, Eco Ninjas™ suggest using no more than 20 characters. Shorter names are easier and quicker to read, which is particularly important in surgical settings, where quick identification and clear communication are essential. Limiting the length of names ensures they can be easily seen and called out, improving efficiency during surgery.
