Medline's Channelled Flat Drain without Trocar helps prevent the accumulation of fluids or air, and eliminates dead space in a surgical wound. Made with 100 per cent medical-grade silicone, it provides a soft, flexible structure for kinking resistance.
This drain has four continuous channels that allow for greater contact with tissue and offers multiple drainage routes to resist clogging. Due to channel design, removal may be less traumatic to surrounding tissues, in comparison with designs comprising holes. In addition, the Channelled Flat Drain without Trocar is:
