Mandarin Martini's made easy. This mandarin purée is made using only three ingredients: handpicked Sicilian mandarins, water and sugar. A unique pasteurisation process ensures that the purée retains all of its vibrant flavour and stays that way. The bottle will stay fresh on a shelf for one year and will stay fresh for three months one opened.
