Handpicked then bottled. ODK like to keep their purées tasting as natural as possible and they achieve this by using real bananas, water and sugar. The bananas used grow in their native soil in Ecuador and are handpicked during stage one of their lives, when they are still green and hard. By picking them at this stage and using a unique pasteurisation technique, they retain a fantastic amount of sweetness and flavour. Decanting the purée is easy thanks to the squeeze bottle and specially designed pouring spout. You'll be able to pour the exact amount you want without spilling any and there'll be no drips either. The purée will keep for a year on the shelf and thanks to the valve in the pouring spout it will keep for three months once opened.
