More than just a mobile hot cupboard, the BQ60CM takes all the hassle out of event catering for up to 60 covers. By preparing meals well in advance, you can use the unit to effectively hold food at a constant temperature of between +2 and +8°C for as long as required. At the pre-set time, the trolley turns into a powerful oven, regenerating the chilled food within an hour. Even if service is delayed, the trolley effectively keeps the contents ready to serve. Once service is over, the BQ60CM is simple to clean and wheel away for storage.
