Highly reliable, the Moffat uses an innovative forced air system to quickly heat up. Even when the door is being opened regularly, the trolley regains temperature fast. As a handy extra feature, the PF20 includes a humidifier tray, helping to prevent dishes from drying out during transit or storage. Supplied with three shelves as standard.
