Reducing warmed food from 70°C to 3°C in 90 minutes you can ensure favourites from your menu are kept in surplus supply, just as you could equally use the unit to store meals early to allow you and your staff time to allocate to other duties in the kitchen. This unit is a remote model that runs at reduced rates compared to integral models with the added benefit of creating a cooler and quieter working environment (note, a site survey is required for the installation of a remote condenser which is not included with the chiller).
