Using a gastronorm compatible trolley, you can store anywhere up to 18 pans worth of food in a single sitting - reducing cooked meals from 70°C to 3°C in 90 minutes - giving you and your staff more time to attend to other pressing matters in the kitchen. This unit is fitted with an integral condensing unit, removing the hassle of fitting additional ventilation to remove the warmed air.
