Using innovative AirSmart technology, the Williams blast chiller is designed to quickly bring down the temperatures in food, reducing food safety hazards seen in conventional cooling. Able to reduce temperatures from +90°C to +3°C in 90 minutes or to -18°C in 240 minutes, food quality is preserved - maintaining texture, appearance, taste and aroma. Soft or hard chilling modes ensure delicate foods can be cooled without damage, reducing waste. Castor height: 128mm.
