This 40mm pastry brush from Schneider has a wide variety of uses from basting meat with oil to washing pies and pastries with egg. Thanks to natural, soft bristles and a strong polypropylene handle the brush is highly resistant to physical impact as well as high temperatures. This means it can be used on hot surfaces such as baking trays as well as under the grill. The strong handle also features a hole so that it can be stored easily on hooks for convenience.
