When used with the PuraCycle labels (sold separately), the pencil wax can withstand steam, condensation and hot or cold water without erasing. This allows you to store all of your food containers and condiment bottles in any of your service and kitchen areas - so there's no need for separate labels for wet, cold, hot, or dry environments.
The wax can be removed only when you apply friction and water, so you can easily re-label your containers and bottles whenever you want. The innovative design of these pencils means no sharpening is required either, simply peel away the casing to expose more wax when the tip wears down.
