Capable of cooking up to 25 litres worth of cooked rice per use you can match high demand even during peak times, with a starch removal system keeping your water fresh and your pasta perfect with every boil. The plate elements that allow the unit to be applied as a bain marie can each be simply removed for easier cleaning at the end of the day.
