If you need an ice machine which can make extra large ice cubes, the Hoshizaki IM-65NE-LM is an excellent option. Able to make up to 26kg of 58x48mm ice every 24 hours, the Hoshizaki offers more than enough output for specialist bars. Ice quality is great too, thanks to the built-in filters and closed water circuit, which prevents impurities entering the ice making process.
