Designed specifically for hot kitchens with high ambient temperatures, the refrigeration components are mounted at the bottom of the cabinet, ensuring that cooler air is taken from floor level - reducing running costs and keeping the temperature consistent. The smartphone style touch control panel is easy to use and provides an accurate, easy to read display. The large 1350 litre aluminium interior has been designed to accept double sized (2/1) gastronorm pans, allowing easy access, as well as practical storage. This model features a stainless steel exterior and uses R404a refrigerant.
