Able to easily boil, stew, steam, poach, braise or shallow fry, the Falcon bratt pan is incredibly versatile and powerful. The high quality duplex stainless steel pan provides an exceptionally robust cooking surface that can also be used as a bain marie if required. The manual tilting pan is controlled by the front handle, ensuring a safe and smooth tilt, whilst the precise temperature controls provide excellent, consistent results.
