The Alto-Shaam 767-SK/III provides all the benefits of both an oven and smoker. Incredibly versatile, the cook and hold oven can cook and smoke meats, poultry and fish or cold smoke cheeses and fish. Especially useful for smoking meats to make pulled pork or pulled chicken as the smoke timer offers a choice of mild, medium or heavy smoke flavours allowing your menu to be adjusted according to your customers taste. The Alto-Shaam also uses far less energy than conventional ovens due to the unique method of cooking food, so with the additional flavour possibilities without having to add salts, fats or sugars, the SK/III adds a healthy and energy efficient addition to your professional kitchen and menu.
